Get connected

evokeAG. brings together the entire agrifood ecosystem – farmers, innovators, researchers, corporates, government and investors – to connect and collaborate. It attracts people and organisations from different ‘walks of life’, industries, and countries, who would not usually be in the one place. So, make the most of the opportunity! To get a head start, download the evokeAG. event app to make sure you know who is in the room and get connecting!

Downloading the evokeAG. event app is as easy as 1,2,3.

  1. Search - evokeAG. 2023 in the app store or Google Play

  2. Download - the evokeAG. 2023 event app

  3. Sign in - using the email that your evokeAG. delegate ticket was sent to and use the pin on the front of your lanyard.

Connect with delegates via the networking app

Through our event app, you have the opportunity to connect with the 1,500 delegates. If you’d like a dedicated meeting area make sure you make the most of the RSM Business Lounge in Foyer E.

  • Download the evokeAG. 2023 event app (Google Play Store or App Store for IOS devices) and sign in using the email you registered with and the app pin sent to your email address. On the day your lanyard will have your pin noted.
  • Make sure your profile is visible to other delegates so they can contact you via the app. After all, connecting and collaborating is what the next couple of days are all about. Check your “privacy settings” in the app and select the details you would like to make visible.
  • To start connecting select the “meeting diary” button, and “start connecting” to access the networking function in the app.
  • Take a look. Select “request meeting” to see who you may wish to connect with over the next few days. Use the filters to find attendees, and make sure your details are visible so other delegates can find you too! Just because you can see them, doesn’t mean they can see you.
  • Reach out. Follow the prompts to “Request meeting” with an attendee. It’s a two-way street, so the contact will also need to accept the meeting.
  • Plan your day. Select “Meeting Diary” to see your requested and accepted meetings for the day. Accepted meetings will also be visible in your personal agenda. The app has automatically created 31 available meeting times in the meeting diary. If you have another scheduled meeting outside of the app, or there is a session that don’t want to miss, make sure you “block” out these times as unavailable.
  • Connect. Make connecting easy and meet at the RSM Business Lounge. The concierge will be on hand to seat you, taking the awkwardness out of meeting with someone if you don’t know what they look like!
  • Stay connected. Keep in touch with the people you meet by scanning their unique QR code on their lanyard or in their app, using the contacts centre function in the app. And don’t forget to export your contact list when you get back to the office.
