Understanding the holistic role of agritech is vital for increasing adoption and ensuring a healthy return on investment for farmers. Australian agritech leader and Founder of Farmbot, Andrew Coppin shares his tips on what producers should be asking before adopting technology.

HydGene Renewables is paving the way for Australia’s carbon-zero future, using biowaste to produce 100% renewable and green hydrogen on-site and on-demand. The solution will provide farmers with low-cost and sustainable alternatives for ammonia, transport and seasonal energy storage. Industry collaboration is helping propel the next generation of Western Australia’s agritech startups onto the world stage with the skills and knowledge to help solve agrifood challenges. A reinvigorated series of the Agtech Meetup initiative, led by Beanstalk and DPIRD, will begin in October, 2021 to help strengthen WA’s burgeoning agritech ecosystem.
