Hargol is the first company in the world to reach commercial scale production of a protein ingredient from grasshoppers. Company’s technology enables year-round production of high and constant quality protein.

The company offer a boost of nutrient rich protein ingredients to food and beverage producers, including 72% whole protein, omega-3, omega-6, omega-9, iron, zinc, folic acid, calcium, chitin and vitamins.

Backed by preliminary research by The Weizmann Institute in Israel grasshoppers provide a wide range of health benefits:
