Wine Grenade Limited

How do you make wine taste like it’s been in a barrel, without using a barrel? Micro-oxygenation. Wine Grenade replicates what a barrel does, but in a tank and faster and more cost effective.

Micro-oxygenation of wine in a steel tank improves:

1. Reduce your COGS – we are 25x more cost effective than a traditional oak barrel programme.
2. Improved control over the integration of your oak component
3. Speed to market – it’s faster than using oak barrels.
4. Color stability – more intense color and less prone SO2 bleaching
5. Decrease astringency and build mid-pallet
6. Remove reductive aromas
