“I hope to see Australian food and fibre develop a robust branding strategy and be able to tell a story that celebrates Australian produce and the contribution of the proud Australian farming families when competing in the international markets.”

Sam can be described as an agricultural enthusiast and young industry trailblazer who has one aim - to showcase where Australian food and fibre comes from, who makes it and how it's made.

“I’m committed to demonstrating leadership to positively impact farmer mental health, so that they may continue to farm into the future.”

“I envision the agriculture industry to be the industry that future generations aspire to work in, create innovations for and work collectively to help optimise the industry.”

“I aim to use my passion and determination to educate others of the importance of agriculture and the possibilities of great career paths that exist within the industry.”

Rayali began her journey into agriculture at the age of 13. After interacting with smallholder farmers in India, she questioned how consumers have access to fresh food in Australia whilst smallholder farmers struggle to feed families.

Young emerging leader Emma Moss grew up on a small farm near Pittsworth, Queensland. Following graduating from the Glennie school in 2015, she spent 2 years working as a stationhand in the Kimberley and Pilbara, WA.

“I aspire to create agriculture sectors globally, that are progressive, engaged and diverse and that are made up of all areas of food production."

Rebekah is passionate about the future of agriculture and the path that lays ahead for food security, nutrition and environmental impact

Rayali initiative utilises technology to attract skilled talent to regional Australia in a way that will empower our to embrace full measures of innovation and career opportunities.
